Printing to one print que prints on anot

I have an interesting problem..
All users in this particular remote location
are seeing this problem.
Some of these users are on Windows 95 and some are on Windows 2000.
When people print to the LaserJet 4 queue on the philly server it printsto the LaserJet 4050 printer instead. They use static IP addressing.

Any idea on how best to trouble shoot this one? Thanks
