prnter driver?

I have a xerox docuprint c20 color A3 printer that refuses to cahnge from A4 to A3, no matter what. There is nothing in the drive to clean the heads, etc. It has a memory pronlem if I have lots of graphics.

I amd on W98 with 80 gig and 128 meemory.
