Problem – Lotus Organizer 6 & EasySync

I installed Palm Desktop 4.0 with HotSync 3.1.1
It syncs perfectly….
I then installed Lotus Organizer 6.0 and EasySync for Organizer 6.0
After the EasySync Install, I can see the conduits in Hotsync Custom menu
and the extensions in Lotus Organizer, but cannot specify the file to sync to or the user name
I get the following messages for all categories:
Conduit ‘Organizer Dates’ Error: Unknown error. (FFFF)
I have done this install sequence on many PCs without problems.
This time it simply does not work and I am lost for an answer.
