Problem shearing Printer with win2000

Why is on a windows network peer-peer with win2000 and winme mixed when I try to share printers on each machine the win2000 can print to any of the the winme —
but the winme cannot print to the win2000 machine printer.
neither can win2000 print to a win2000 machine printer.
I need to share printers and have them working -any Idea
