Problem with Flash animations on win2k

I have a user who has Flash installed on her PC and is trying to run some flash animations from CD, when she tries to run the animation she gets the following message: The instruction at “0X77F88EF6” Referenced memory at “0X00000000″. The Memory Could Not Be Written”. Click on ok to terminate program. Desktop support have logged in to her PC and can view the animations without any problems, so they gave her admin rights temporarily which still didnt work. They have also tried increasing VM to 512mb which hasnt worked.

The PC is a Compaq EVO 400.
