Problems with a Jetway Motherboard

Can anyone tell me how to get a system to stop crashing that has a 3DFX Voodoo 3 card and as Jetway 663AS PRO Motherboard?
I’ve already tried loading new drivers for everything on the system, so I know it’s not a driver problem!
There’s not a resource conflict, ’cause I’ve been through and checked all the resources.

Anyone know how to deal with this problem, short of scrapping the Voodoo card?
