Problems with M598 mainboards

Anyone have any help for me on this?

* Serial Mouse disappears for no known reason, usually later reappears for no discernable reason.
* Keyboard lockup (although this could be MSIE 5.x…)
* Lockup of all input devices, requiring one to power the system down to get back in.

Assistance quite appreciated and needed.
