Program Window opens with no title

Hello –

On starting one particular PC a program windows opens but there is no title. This window pops up with the logon window right before Windows98 loads the desktop. The window only contains an OK button and goes away with a single hit of the Enter button. The logon window then becomes the active screen and the startup process continues smothly.

– How can I rid myself of this icon? How can I determine what this window was/is suppose to do? It does not show up on the tast manager.
