Proof Of Concept

We are doing a project using ‘RUP” & we are required to submit a “Proof of concept” document. The Rational website doesn’t have much info about the process to be followed. If you are aware of any source for where I can find some detailed process flows for “Proof Of Concept”, please let me know. Also please let me know if there are any tools available for creating “Proof Of Concept”.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
