Quad Booting

Presently I am triple booting. 98, NT4.0 Server and NT Workstation. I want to install 2000 in a different partition. Will I have any config problems? I also have Exchange5.5 running on top of NT4.0. Is there any white papers on this subject. I don’t want to hose my P3.
