Quick Link 111 no dial automatically

I have a new HP Pavilion 7940, with a Quick Link 111
program, it will not dial my phone numbers automatically from the phone book. It dials fine manually. I have spent days at this, I’ve been to Microsoft over this, also to Smithmicro,no one seems interested. Is there a possibility that I can reinstall the soft ware program, and how I can I access the download. Thank You. Cliff Reid.
