Radeon all in wonder with ASUS P4B/SWA

I have a new ASUS P4B/SWA MB. My video card is a Radeon all in wonder. The machine hangs up when running Nascar 4 with the latest patch if Nascar 4 is set to Open GL mode. It runs fine in 3d. Also periodically the machine will hang up if manipulating the scroll bars on open windows. The whole system is a little unpredictable. If the ATI driver is disabled. (I have tried all three available at ATI with marginal changes) Then everything works fine. The radeon board was in my PIII 800 ASUSboard for 2 years with no problems. I am running first edition 98 and direct X 8.1. My buddy has a similar problem as well. Any ideas? Mayby a Legend QDI board?
