RAID Striping

I’ve just built up my PC using an Abit board with on board RAID, It’s offering the option to set up Raid 0 with 4k, 8k, 16k, 32k and lastly 64k block size stripping for the RAID array. As my goal is to maximize performance, can someone offer some advice and please explain the difference.
