Random strings of 2’s

I have a user who at random times, in random programs, will recieve a string of around 30 2’s in his text fields as if the 2 key was stuck, except the key is not stuck and the string appears instantly, not one 2 at a time. It has occured in Word, Outlook, and Corel Paradox 7. The word file is located on a mapped network drive, Outlook uses our own SMTP server, and paradox hits an in house database. Because of this I think the problem might be network related. We run Novell Client32 on a Novell Netware network. I found nothing like this in any virus discriptions either. Anyone have any ideas?
