read and write to 802.11b radio cards

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to read and write to the eeprom of a wireless 802.11b pcmcia card when it is in a pcmcia slot?
I want to know if it is possible to set the freq. channels for diff. country’s as ordered by the IEEE standard through pcmcia or wireless,
