Really getting rid of the Klez worm

Our network got infested with the nasty Klez worm by someone without virus protection on their travelling laptop. I have downloaded the removal tool from Symantec and it found numerous files on everyone’s computer. However, the worm is still goingstrong, creating new e-mails, new files — help! How do I really get it off these computers?
