RealPlay freeze

My computer keeps freezing–I click ctrl,alt, delete (we all know the drill) and the window with all the stuff pops up and the line with realplay (not responding) shows. I know, I am too technical right? 🙂 but I think that means realplayer right? and there is nothing wrong with it that I have noticed. This is annoying because 1/2 the time I click end task and all goes back to normal the other 1/2 shuts me down. I have a Toshiba I just got in March from People PC, 56k, win98…
