“Recovering SQL Database”

Our NT server containing an sql7 database crashed. We have a windows 2000 server with sql7 installed. The database was backed up to tape using veritas backup exec. SQL’s backup command was not used. Can anyone tell me how to restore the database to the new sql server. Thank you.
