Refuses to print in colour

One of my users tries to print photos to a network printer (HP1120C). The problem is it comes out in black&white although it is in colour. This occurs only from photoediting programs. Tried from PhotoEditor, PhotoExpress, EZtouch and Acdsee. Works fine from Word and Excel. Tried to print from his computer to another printer and got the same result. If I print the same photo from my computer to his printer it works fine. Any suggestions?
