Removing old Sony PCV-R22G’s component input to use for new HP pc???

Hi all, i needed a webcam for the upcoming school year so i thought i would try to use my camera. since i have an old pc lying around (model in title), i figured i’d try to use that component-in card on my new pc. not sure if sony card would work on hp. anyways, the card is an old pci 16x i think but my new pc only has pci 4x (im not sure if it’s express). any help is appreciated!
