resize partitions in NT4.0

by pcb . Updated 24 years, 5 months ago

What can I use to resize my NT 4.0 Server boot partition? It’s only 400M and I’d like to resize it to 1G. Here are the particulars:

Dell P2300 with (2) 9G HD, 384M RAM, NT4:sp6a
Each drive has 2 partitions (400M and 8.6G)

The drives were mirrored but I broke the mirror to resize them. I tried to use Partition Magic but it does not work with NT Server – it reccomends VolumeManager but it’s $1000.

BTW I tried to restablish my mirror set but I can’t since I have data on the two partitions I want to mirror. Do I have to delete the data on the second partition to restablish the mirror?

Thanks in advance for your help.
