Restore AMI bios on a MSI 6309 MB

Does any one know a fast easy way tor restore the bios. The instructions say to reboot machine with bios backup file and hold down Ctrl and Home Keys. When I reboot their is no reaction from the key board. Does anyone have any suggestions?
