restore partitions?

Here is my problem:
I had a PC with 2 partitions, one for system, one for user’s data. I needed to reinstall Windows Me on the system partition, however I have rewritten both partitions by using a cloning application Ghost. So now I have only one partition with Windows Me. Is there any way to fully restore 2nd partition to recover the data it had?
