Restoring Quickbooks file

Anyone know how to restore a partially corrupted Quickbooks file? When I restore it just keeps saying “Your data has not been restored.” The data came from a bad floppy which I pulled most of the info off using PowerQuest Lost & Found… Any help would be appreciated.
