Run-Time Error

I have a customer that is getting a run-time error when she opens Outlook Express. I have not been able to contact her to find out the exact error but it was specified that it is a run-time error. What could be the reason for getting a run-time error in general? I will update this question when I have the exact error. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
