Run-time error ‘429’:

I get the above “ActiveX component can’t create object” error running an Excel 97 macro on an NT4 box. The macro uses ODBC to open a database. The interesting part is that it only fails when I log on as the user. If I log in as the ADMINISTRATOR it works fine. I?ve checked the Registry for the LICENSES and all seems well. I added full permissions on the ODBC Registry items. The macro works on other machines Win95, NT4, 2000 etc. The only other oddity with this box is that it recently changed primary user.
