Running Windows 3X Programs in Win 95

I am running several windows 3.2 programs with Win 95 , including CardFile, Write and Calendar will these
have any adverse effect o n Windows 95
Could having calendar in the start up group be causing shut down ploblems.

Iwould also like to know how I can sahre my Xdrive files with others.
