Runtime Error

I have user that moved his bookmarks over to IE 5.0. He will access certain bookmarks(Favorites) in IE and he will get a runtime error. He upgraded to IE 5.5 and the problem still persists. I would appreciate any help in resolving this problem. Thank you.
