Samsung DVD; Play with Jerky pitcures a

Hi;

I recently got this P-III, 500 on a Intel 810 board with a SIS 8MB AGP – WIN98. When the DVD was installed the DVD-picture quality jerks badly. I have installed XINGDVD player and also updated all DirectX media drivers. How do i solve this.?
