Scaner Genius ColorPage-vivid III V2 USB

I Have a Problem with a scanner Genius ColorPage-Vivid III V2 USB. After installing hardware and software, the scanner no work.
The scanner appears installed in the system device like dispositivo de captura de imagenes (image capture device) but nowork.
My computer has Pentiun III processor and my OS is Windows ME
