Screen decay, lockup on network PC

I have a computer on a network, several others are on same network using same program. Screen on computer begins to decay (icons, buttons, lines begin to lose definition, computer locks and has to be rebooted. All components have been replaced except hard drive which was brought into a new box. Still does it, less often. Other computers are not bothered, so I assume network program is not cause.
