SCSI and DOS don’t get along

I have looked for every trying to find a SCSI device driver for my SCSI Toshiba CD-ROM to hopefully re-install Windows and get on with my life. But I’ve looked almost EVERYWHERE and none seem to be working. I’ve even tried to use ATAPI/IDE genericCD-ROM drivers. Even if I did find one I don’t think MSCDEX would be able to use the SCSI controller.
