SCSI RAID 0 accross two channels?

I’m looking at a Mylex ExtremeRaid 1100 controller for my dually workstation. It has two internal lvd channels. My question is can I Stripe two drives accross the two channels for more performance in a RAID 0 array like in IDE? Has anyone done thisbefore? Any input will be appreciated.
