Seagate Partitions Just disappeared.?

The machine is an old P5 AST with win95 OS, I used seagate
disk Wizard to partition Fat 16 partition on
a new 13GB Seagate. After working fine for few days, and all the data are moved into it.
It just doesn’t show up to have any partitions, Any hint what could have happened and wether it is repairable, data is valuable, Thanks.
