Service Management

We are currently running an application called FasTrak that was put out by Core. Core has been bought out and support for FasTrak will be going away. We are looking into replacing FasTrak. What packages do folks recommend? Something that handles Service Call tracking, inventory, billing, time tracking(?), etc…
