Setup NT Workstaion 4.0 on the laptop fr

hi techrepublic.
my problem is;
I want to setup NT workstation 4.0 on the Dell Insprion 2500 laptop from CD. But Im booting from CD , copies setup files then lock the laptop. how is it setup Nt Workstation 4.0 on the laptop. thanks
