Setup on CD disk will not run.

I am trying to install a Ulead Systems photo editor program from a CD disk for my Acer flatbed scanner. My HDD is partitioned with two logical drives C & D with the CD ROM as Drive F. Out of all 18 of the CD disks I have only the Ulead disk comes upwith the error message that Setup is not a Win32 Application.
