Share onboard memory

I have XP Pro. on my system. I have 810E chipset and Plus! is not working. Asking for a Video Card with 16 MB Memory. How can i share onboard memory and start Plus!. I know that lots of Geeks tried and got solutions but i donot know how to do it. Thank
