Shared Services Disappeared

Background:
W95 PC
Compaq Deskpro (Old)
NT Network, TCP/IP

We have a “Fiddler” in our organization who decided he didn’t need some files, so he deleted them. The problem is a few of the files he didn’t need were system files.

Now his printer cannot be shared eventhough file and print sharing in MS Networks is showing in Network Neighborhood/Properties.

Can anyone tell me which system files need to be put back onto this guys PC for him to get the sharing function back???
