sharing a printer on Win98

I have printer hooked up to workstation with win98 which I want to make it as shared. Users login to novell 5.1 server. Workstation is also belongs to workgroup and I have NT server setup for internet access. I have file and print sharing running and also novell distributed services. When I click on network neighbourhood the workgroups are not seen. I have TCP/IP running and on novell side IPX/SPX. Can anyone suggest how to be able to see workgroup and also share this local printer.
Epson suggested to go to properties and click on sharing tab which I don’t see when I click on properties tab and the driver is the latest one.
