sharing internet between a mac and pc

I have a problem, I have to find a way to share the internet between a pc and mac. The pc already has a external DSL modem and is already online, the problem is that the modem has a usb interface and a rj11 connection,What type of router/switch/hub?would I need,or how would the network design be?
