sharing satellite connection

I’m trying out a new two-way satellite internet connection system. One thing I’ve discovered very quickly is there’s no convient way to share the internet connection. The system is set up using one adaptor for downstream and one for upstream. Is there a way I can “bind” them together for sharing? The computer in question has Win98SE installed. Running Win2k isn’t an option, the software for the satellite connection is only for Win9x machines.
