Shutdown Issue with Windows ’98.

by carole_e_54 . Updated 24 years, 2 months ago

Hello!

I have an older Pentium 100, with a 1.2 gb hard-drive and 32 mb. RAM. It was originally loaded with Windows ’95, but was upgraded recently to Windows ’98.

Now, however, the machine does not shutdown. It goes into a “loop”, and restarts itself. Is there anyway to remedy this?

Many thanks!
