I have a small home network. 2 desktops and a laptop. The desktops run Win Xp, the laptop Win 98.
I have used the wizard to setup the desktops, all is fine there, and have also ran the wizard on the laptop.
All machines use norton personnal firewall 2002 as they can coonect to the web through a modem. One desktop has ADSL and this is shared.
The network is running fine apart from one problem. The laptop cannot access the web over the ADSL connection, IE loads up and displays the following error:
Forbidden
Access denied by access control list.
How can i changed the ACL settings.
I have ensure that all machines are allowed access by norton personnal firewall by entering their ip addresses – file sharing is working fineso i know i have got that right
