SMS 2.0 SMSCliToknAcct& Account Lockout

Recently I have configured SMS 2.0 to manage workstations in my department. I noticed shortly after that the SMSCliToknAcct$ continuously becomes locked out. I have search many sites reguarding this issue and keep coming across the resolution of installing SP2 for SMS. I have done this and this has not fixed anything. Is there anyway to fix this problem without reinstalling everything?
