Software for the Converting Industries?

I was wondering if anyone knew of any software specifically made for the converting industries such as sand paper, rubber, sheet metal, carpet, etc. Any company is defined as a convertor when they take a large roll or piece of something and cut it down into different sizes to make products. I’m looking for the software to control every part of the business (something that can replace the AS 400) from accounting, inventory (toughest), order entry, etc.??? Thanks.
