Software problem on the network PCs

I installed Mavis Beacon and Corel Draw 10 software on my network (client) pcs as a administrator ( I logged on as a administrator). I am using Windows 2000 server and my client pcs has Windows XP. But when I log on as a user on my client (network) pcs I can not use this two software but I can use other software. I saw some error message like Visual C++ run time error.
