Soundblaster Vs ATI Video Card

I have an ATI All-In-Wonder video card, tv receiver on board. I can’t install the drivers for this card and my Soundblaster Live 5.1 software at the same time – it crashes. I can install one or the other, but not both. If I install just the drivers for the sound card all is well, but can’t install any of the Soundblaster applications – I’ve tried them one by one. Any ideas?
