spool 32 errors

Our office gets a number of spool 32 errors when printing from various programs. The network is a Win NT 4.0 Service Pack 6 enviroment with all workstations running Win 98. We get these errors wether we print to the print server of if the printer isshared on peer to peer – any suggestions or ideas?
