Spooler 32 Error

I have a network wide problem. It’s called a Spooler32 Error, and you get it when you are printing a lot of documents. It has happened in many different applications such as Word 2000, Outlook 2000, Word Perfect 8, Netsxcape Navigator, Insource ( a CD in the Server CD-ROM drive that is used by the whole network). What happens is that you lose your printers, they disappear, and you have to reboot to get them back. It happens on local and network printers, and it can happen once a month or 5 times in the same day. There is no consistency about this error and it has been frustrating us for months. Please HELP!!!!!
